My name is Chantelle and I’m looking forward to getting to know you and helping to guide your health and wellness journey through Yoga and other wellness practices.
I have been teaching health and wellness for many years through Yoga (E-RYT 200 and RYT 500), Meditation, Pranayama, Reiki, Yoga bio-mechanics, Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, Nutrition and Wellness Consulting, Pre and post Natal Fitness, Functional Movement, and more but that’s all just technical and perhaps a bit boring. A bit more about the real me…
I moved to Lion’s Head with my husband and two children in 2018, and have absolutely fallen in love with the area and the community. We had been coming to this area for quite a few years and couldn’t think of a better place to raise our kids, connect with nature and nurture our souls. We love to have fun, get outside, be with friends and family, grow vegetables, eat good food, listen to music and have impromptu dance parties in the kitchen! I’m really looking forward to getting to know every one of you more closely through community connection, yoga, life and the Yoga Hive North!
